Scott is the founder and managing member of Sidecar Group. With almost 20 years of corporate development experience, Scott has initiated investments, acquisitions, mergers, partnerships, divestitures, product lines, and a variety of other development efforts to create value for companies.
Scott garnered significant corporate experience as the Chief Development Officer for Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development for Insight Health, and through other roles in the areas of finance and development.
Scott's formal education includes a Master's of Business Administration degree and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota. Scott resides in the Atlanta, Georgia area with his wife of nearly 20 years and their three children.

Prior to working with Sidecar, Greg spent 13 years working on growth initiatives at Rayus. He was responsible for new market development including acquisitions and partnerships.
Prior to Rayus, Greg spent over 23 years with GE Healthcare in a variety of senior management positions in distribution. In his later years with GE, he was responsible for the largest healthcare customers including the investor-owned segment, group purchasing organizations and large chain owners of not-for-profit hospitals.
Greg is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business where he earned a Bachelor's of Science in Management and Marketing. He and his wife, Nancy, live outside of Nashville in Franklin, TN.

Prior to working with Sidecar, Cole accumulated more than 32 years of experience providing assurance, transaction, and financial consulting services to public, privately held, start-up, and not-for-profit healthcare organizations. Cole has overseen or provided financial due diligence services in more than 150 buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has served as the primary contact for clients; audited, reviewed, and prepared financial statements; performed agreed upon procedures; conducted feasibility studies, forecasts, and projections; and facilitated meetings with management, investors, and Boards of Directors. Cole is an HFMA Certified Specialist in Physician Practice Management.

Jamie Holm, CPA (inactive), is a healthcare leader with 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, revenue cycle management, operations, and business development. Prior to her work with Sidecar, she worked at the Center for Diagnostic Imaging in various roles. Her most recent role was a Director in the Revenue Cycle Management department. She also spent several years in the Business Development group where she was responsible for analyzing and managing partnerships with physicians, payers, and health systems.
Mrs. Holm started her career in accounting and finance where she developed her analytical background. She has a Bachelor's of Accounting degree from Calvin University.

Rob was VP Solutions Development for Siemens Healthineers Strategic Corporate Account Group, responsible for commercial partnership development and Commercial Operations and the leader of the North American Ultrasound business. Prior to joining Siemens, Rob was the US/Canada Product Marketing Director for Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography (MICT). Prior to Siemens, Rob was with GE Healthcare. During his career at GE, Rob has held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, he held sales and marketing roles with Proctor and Gamble and Picker International.
Rob earned a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He and his son, Robbie, reside in Nashville, TN.

Alison Hopeman joins Sidecar Group with 15 years of finance experience. Most recently she served as a manager of analytics for Global Operations at Allianz Global Risk in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry. She has a strong background in variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting as well as domestic and international accounting policy.
Alison currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and two boys. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona.

Noah Asher joins Sidecar Group with a wide range of healthcare experience including M&A, corporate strategy, operations, and business development. Noah began his career at Stephens Inc in Capital Markets and Equity Research before joining a medical device startup company and overseeing the development and launch of two novel devices in the Cardiovascular space. Most recently, Noah has worked with Merge Growth Advisors leading financial due diligence for multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions, in addition to providing growth and strategic finance services to numerous healthcare companies. Noah holds degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Arkansas - Little Rock. Noah and his wife, Anna, reside in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jeremy VanDevender is a highly experienced, visionary leader with an extensive history of success in leading private equity backed distributed healthcare portfolio success. He has driven portfolio hyper-growth in M&A, De Novo, Strategic Partnerships and in leading SSG initiatives. Jeremy started his career as a licensed physical therapist focused on caring for patients with orthopedic conditions and elite athletes. Over the course of his career he has advanced to become both a clinical and operational leader at a high level of scale in the distributed healthcare space, driving substantial value creation for investors and partners. Jeremy's passion for clinical excellence and innovation, research, outcomes, value-based care and payor relations, talent acquisition, budgeting and forecasting, and teammate development have allowed him to most recently lead the development of one of the nation's most respected and impactful outpatient physical therapy platforms.
